A digital workflow reduces the margin for human error: it is planned in advance, validated on screen and only then executed in the mouth.

What is digital rehabilitation?

It is the manufacture of dental prosthetics (crowns, bridges, implant-supported prosthetics, overdentures) through a fully digital workflow. Traditional impressions are replaced by intraoral scanning, and manual fabrication is replaced by computer-aided design (CAD) and CNC milling / 3D printing (CAM).

Why it matters

  • Precision. Significantly improved prosthetic fit.
  • Patient comfort. No uncomfortable impressions.
  • Preview. We can see and validate the result before manufacturing it.
  • Traceability. Every step is recorded digitally.
  • Timelines. Shorter and more predictable processes.

How we work

  1. Intraoral scanning. A precise 3D image of the whole mouth in just a few minutes.
  2. Digital design. Prosthetic design with clinical-prosthetic software, adjusting shape, colour and occlusion.
  3. Validation. The patient sees the design before manufacturing.
  4. CAD/CAM fabrication. Milled in high-performance ceramic (zirconia, lithium disilicate) or 3D printed depending on the case.
  5. Try-in and fine adjustment. In-mouth validation and precise occlusal adjustment.

Materials

We work with the latest materials: multi-layer zirconia, lithium disilicate, feldspathic ceramic, hybrid resins, and others. The choice depends on the clinical indication and the aesthetic / functional requirements of the case.
